Where can I find D rings and O rings and square rings, as well as those adjustable slider things (to make a strap longer or shorter as needed) locally for the best price?

I believe I've seen at least the D rings at Joann's, but they were $1 - $1.50 each. Surely I can get a better price than that somewhere!

I can get to Home Depot, Joann's, Michael's, A.C. Moore and various local hardware stores.

Any ideas where I can get the best price? I don't want to have to go to Joann's and get 2 every time I want to do a project - I'd like to be able to buy a whole bunch at a decent price to just have around when I decide to make a new backpack at 3 am. *grin*

Metal preferred, plastic acceptable.
