Help Finding a Pattern

Hi there ladies. I've been racking my brain for the past few days searching for a pattern (or pattern scan) for a Japanese sailor style uniform. Once every year or so this thought will randomly occur to me & usually I don't bother with it. However, since I discovered craftgrrl I've had more help here than searching on my own. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
