How do I make this?

I'm helping out my daughter's Brownie troup with making "swapies." We really LOVE the flower beads at the bottom of this picture. The purple flower on green cord. My problem is that I don't know how to thread and knot the beads to look like a flower.

If some of you could check out the picture of it and let me know how this is done, I'd be forever greatful!!!
