I have a quick question. I am about to move into a new apartment and the front room/family room has these haphazardly stucco'd walls. They are really bad and I want to either remove the stucco or somehow smooth the surface of the walls so I can paint them and make it look nicer. On one wall there is a hint of a diamond pattern like someone tried to get creative, but it looks awful! Am I stuck with these walls or is my only option to put fabric on them? I really hope not! If I can take pictures and post them after I move in, I will. Thanks in advance for any advice you have!
