Resizing a Pattern

Hey all! This is my first attempt at sewing a clothing item from a pattern. I'm all ready to give it a go except for one thing: I don't know how to resize a pattern. I've searched the memories and couldn't come up with an answer :( I'm so excited to make this, but cannot figure out how to enlarge the pattern for the life of me.

I have tracing paper, vellum, a French curve, & most any supplies I would expect to be needed. Just not the knowledge :(

Any help would be most graciously appreciated.
