I needed something for Mother's Day (Eh...heh, I still have to send it out.... bad me), and I needed pajama shorts.

I made my mother a necklace and some earrings. Since summer's pretty much here, I went with a nice light summery feel. I used this particular style for the necklace because I had made my aunt a similar style for Christmas, and my mom ended up loving it.
It's a dark photo, but the colors are pretty much spot on ,at least on my monitor.


And, I wanted a pair of pajama shorts. I found this print that I fell in love with, and the fabric was extremely soft, perfect for sleeping in. They actually are even, but it's hard to get them to sit right on my dressform, and they just came out of the wash and were crammed in a laundry bag (Folding? Psssh.) For these, I just cropped a scrub pants pattern right below the knee.
