8th grade promotion dress :)

Hello, I'm 13 years of age and I live in sunny California. By the way, it was windy and slightly rainy the day of promotion.

This is a bit late, but I'm finally posting pictures of my promotion dress. It probably would have been easier and cheaper just to buy a dress, but then I wouldn't have gotten the experience. (Come on, who doesn't love stress?) I had a TON of problems, no pattern, and not enough time.

How can you resist the stunted cactus?



I actually meant to make about 5 more flowers, but sadly, I was too lazy.

This is me standing on my front porch afterwards. Ignore the dead plants and empty flower pot.



One more detail picture. I love zippers, I plan on buying 50 in many many colors as soon as possible!
(AKA as soon as I'm old enough for a job.)
