T-shirt reconstruction
Jul. 9th, 2009 07:34 pmHey, community watcher, first time poster, today I decided to reconstruct some tshirts today with my girlfriend (who is much more competent with a sewing machine than I will ever be).
Most of these were pretty much no sew, but it was still fun and I hope you all enjoy it, maybe go out and reconstruct some tshirts yourself
Excuse the crappy webcam pictures, my camera is out of commission...

I threaded lengths of another dark green tshirt through slits I cut. Even though I knotted the ends of the material, they were still slipping out so I sewed them to the inside of the shirt at the top.
And then the front of a halter I made (I used some of the bottom of this tshirt for the above shirt). This one actually required sewing, but only a little bit to create a loop for the neckties.
And the back (kind of) I need a different bra to wear this shirt I think :P
Finally, this...
My girlfriend helped me to fit the sides of this so it fit better (It looked like a tent when I wore it o_o)
And the back,
laced up with a very long purple tshirt strip. :) Very happy with the way this one turned out ^_^
Well, thanks for checking out my tshirt reconstructions!
