Glue for Hot Surfaces

craftgrrlI checked the memories and didn't see this (sorry if I somehow missed it).
What glue would be best to adhere a (light/thin) solid plastic object to a lampshade? The shade will obviously get warm/hot when the lamp is lit and I don't want the plastic to slide down or fall off.
