craftgrrlI just bought some really cool mugs from our local grocery outlet for 99 cents each. They're black and squarish with a vivid red inside. They remind me of the Twilight books and I'd like to either paint or decoupage them...but what I'm curious about is, what could I use afterwards to seal them so my designs don't wash away yet they still remain safe to drink out of?
