I went to the show I mentioned on this blog last night, and it was pretty much amazing. I bought some things other people had made, but I also did a needlefelting make & take, and then ended up buying a needle felting kit.

I have seen some amazing needlefelting on this blog and this is not it. But not bad for a first try, right? I carried her around for a while, worried she would get squished in my bag, and the girls I was with asked how much I paid for it. (They probably figured it out, but hell, it makes me feel good.)



There's a lot of detail you're not getting, since my camera is sadly macro-less. Her hair is five or six different colors, including four purples wools, blue wool, and white silk, you just can't see most of it from the front. And you can choose to belief those are pasties, or giant purple nipples, whichever you prefer. :)
