Wine bottle holder

Like the pumpkin yesterday, this is also made from recycled electric fence wire.  My only issue is the hoops that actually hold the bottle could use a little grip.  I'm considering tool dip.  Does anyone know where you can buy that sticky stuff they put on credit cards to get them to stick to paper in mailings?  I was thinking that would work too.
