Sep. 14th, 2009 11:39 pmThis question may be geared just a lil more toward photographers, but there is some definite craftiness involved so I thought I would ask here...
I am a film student and I have a project coming up for my 16mm cinematography class. I wanted to do something super artsy, looking online I saw that most filters range from $20-$50...waaaay too expensive for me!
So my question is...
Do any of you have any experience/suggestions on making your own special effects filters?
The sky is the limit as far as creativity goes, seeing as film is light sensitive its all about warping the way the light hits that film...
I would love to hear your guys' ideas on this!
Thanks!!
