I'm completely sure it's been done before, however I'm wondering if anyone had experience in at least techniques used to redo a Barbie house like this one.

I had that same house as a girl, and I remember taking it apart and putting it away in a clothes hamper to keep the pieces together. I don't recall anything missing except maybe something with the stairway or something. The frame is plastic, so I'm guessing I can use Fusion on that, but the walls are heavy cardboard with a glossy finish, and I'm not 100% sure how to cover that. I kinda of want to paint it to be plain so it doesn't look so dated whenever I have a little girl. I so hope my parents haven't tossed it out. They're out of state atm, and I'm thinking of digging in the basement.

I've had this silly obsession with designing doll furniture in plastic canvas...again...I've done this a few times, so having a clean slate of a house would be pretty win. Anyone have any tips as to what I could use or am I stressing too hard about what could be a simple spray paint/varnish/sealer type job? I wanted to pick some experienced brains. =P
