Zen Garden

I was sick for about ten days, so I wasn't quilting. I don't know if it was the flu or not being able to quilt that made me sick, but when I was able to go back to my sewing room, I got better much faster. :)

The floral fabric used in this quilt is an incredibly beautiful Japanese silk - delicate, translucent, delicious.



It inspired me to make a quilt that was reminiscent of those delicate gardens of sand and stone.
