does anyone have good experiences using craft punches with photo paper? i bought one at michael's and it worked alright for punching out magazine type paper (though sometimes the edges were a little rough) but i put matte photo paper in and it got stuck. then i tried to take the screws out so i could get the paper out. only 1 screw would come out. i gave it to my dad to fix and he said that when he pressed down on it the screw came flying out.

do you know of any brands that make a good big circle craft punch? the one i have is the marvy uchida and it's pretty awful. i don't really want a die cutter because i only want to do big circles so i don't want to spend a lot to do it.
