craftgrrlhey all! just wondering if PearlEx pigments are essentially the same as micas you can get from Coastal Scents, TKB Trading, etc.
I've never bought any PearlEx so I'm not sure if it's pure mica, or if it has some specific carrier/binder/filler that makes it more suited to various artistic applications.
Has anyone used cosmetic micas from TKB, etc., for their crafts/art?
