Crafts for Charity?

I read and reread the user info and I'm still not sure if this is kosher (craft related, and not technically selling/buying?), so my sincerest apologies (and feel free to delete) if this is in the wrong:

I just wanted to say that help_haiti has a very lovely artistry section where people can choose to donate anything from jewelry and cross stitch to paintings to be auctioned for charity relief. My first thought was "craft = craftgrrl!" so please don't take this as anything but an informative statement (I for one loved looking at all the pretty sample pictures!).
