Graduation Gift

My roommate from college graduated in December, so I made her a picture frame and a card. I missed her grad party :( so I still need to mail it to her. My roomie loves the color orange, so I found this picture frame and decided to revamp it!


This is what the picture frame looked like before... There are two panes of glass that create a 3D effect..




I put "memories" on the very back of the frame and then put the stitch-like design on the middle pane of glass so it wouldn't get messed up.
The following supplies were used for the picture frame: Recollections (Grey and Black bling), Deja Views patterned paper, DCWV rub on (stitch design), Thickers (Rainboots) and a frame from Hobby Lobby

   
Her card was made with the following products: Recollections (Grey and Black bling), Spare Parts (Polk-a-Dot Brad and black metal photo corners), American Crafts (Card Stock and Patterned Paper in Plum), black and white striped ribbon, and Daisy Doodles (Flower).
