Okay, one more thing with wings, and then I have a question maybe someone can help me with!

"I know I'm a beautiful sight
And you want to admire me all day
You expect me to sing with delight
And flit 'round your head while you play

But today I don't feel all that pretty
I'm having a really bad time
I ask that you show me some pity -
You, shoving off, sounds sublime.

Spare me your whining and sighing,
Today I'm not granting your wishes
And if you start your usual crying,
I swear you will sleep with the fishes."

Yikes! Apparently even precious wish-granting fae dragonlings have bad days. We don't think about that often, but man, if you ask too much of them on the wrong day, they can really turn on you... there's something so much more homicidal about a death-wish spoken in rhyme.

This poor overworked Dragon Fairy is begging for just one day off. One day away from prattling girly voices and whisperings about who's going to marry that lord's handsome son. Just one day away from mock tea parties and gossip about plain Josie Hill down the lane. Being continually noticed and cooed after just for his sparkly wings, instead of his extensive wish-granting prowess (which he went to Fairy School for seven years to perfect)... Even a magical brain can only take so much.

By the way, thank you so much to all of the folks who commented kindly on the previous post, you're awesome!

Okay, on to my question. I'm a newbie to using clear resin. I have some tiny (inch-tall) glass bottles, into which I would like to suspend some micro "sculptures." On a trial run, suspending test sculpts in regular "jewelry" molds worked fine, but when I tried using the glass bottles to do the same, the resin hardened in a way that pulled away a bit from the sides of the glass bottle in some places, forming a kind of bubbled look, which eventually seeped around the tiny sculpts and made unsightly bubbles.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening? I tried adding more catalyst, less catalyst, doing it in layers, pre-dipping the mini-sculptures in resin to make sure the air wasn't coming in on those, but it's not working out well, it seems to be an issue with the resin "shrinking" away from the glass as it hardens. Any help would be appreciated!
