craftgrrlhey! umm.. i hope its okay to post this. There were a few people interested in the craft fair happenings in Ottawa, so i just thought i'd post all the official info. (feel free to let me know if this isn't aloud in the community)
Date: Saturday May 31
Time: 11am-5pm
Place: Club SAW and the SAW Gallery courtyard

What you will find there: all kinds of punky cottage industries from homemade soaps and lipbalm to new wave purses, tea cosies with attitude, dangerous jewellery, garage sale items, bake sales, anarchist books, zines, art, funky legwarmers AND a kissing booth! We will be raffling off some fabulous prizes and offering a taste of Ladyfest (July 4,5,6) to come in the way of workshops in women’s self defense and qi gong!
Be there or be square! Admission is free. Profits from renting out tables are going to presenting Ladyfest Ottawa 2003 as well as punkottawa.com. All profits the vendors make will go to the
vendors.
Are you an artist, artisan, craftsperson, garage sailor? Do want to sell some clothes, records or books? A table or partial table can be yours for a mere 10$. Contact: www.jellyfish.ca/~ladyfest, ladyfestottawa@bust.com or Natasha at (613) 237-9801 for information on getting a table.
