craftgrrl | Putting holes in beads...

Hey! So, I have a bunch of charms and plastic cabochons that I really want to be able to work with but they need holes drilled in them. What should I use to do this? Would a dremmel tool work, or would that be too big? I have SO much I want to do, and I just need to be able to make holes big enough to put a jumpring through.

Help! I am sick of adding bails to everything I do, it doesn't give me the look I want :(
