Inspiration needed!

A close friend is expecting her first baby and has decided on a name, and I'd love to make something personalised for her for after the baby's born (I was thinking maybe a quilt or cushion or picture - or something else?). 

I'm looking for inspiration - would you mind sharing any projects you've done involving someone's name, or even their initial?
