craftgrrlA pal and I have been planning some fancy victorian gowns, and yesterday I made the TV101 bustle petticoat. It still needs the ruffled overlay but I was getting a bit finger sore, and I kind of love the look of the construction as it is. I'm so pleased with it!
I'd really recommend this pattern, btw, surprisingly simple and went together in about 4 hours from cutting to this picture.
