I made socks!

They're the Shalott Sock by Kristle Chester with a couple of modifications. I added an extra inch after the toe to account for the yarn being a little too fine and I modified the toe to be right- and left-specific. That on top of the arch shaping makes them fit exactly to my feet, which few socks do (ugh, bunions). Plus, the toe she uses doesn't leave any nubbles on the inside to rub. The colors are richer than they appear in the picture--my camera has an overenthusiastic flash.
