Question about Mod-Podge

craftgrrlI finished my mod-podge box....but I have a question.
I finished it last night, and it's still a little "tacky" to the touch. Not much at all, but enough to cause the box lid to not slide on and off. It gets kinda stuck.
Will it eventually dry completely?
