hello everyone. i just have a question- my friends and i are planning an art/rock/craft-type expo. we want to have bands play, artists display their work, and those who make crafts be able to sell them... but, do we need any type of tax license to allow people to sell things? is there any loopholes in the system that would allow us to get away with not charging tax? we just want to be sure we aren't going to get any one in trouble. thanks!
