Yep, I made a bunch of these little dolls out of Terumi Ōtaka's Lovable Dolls book, just with minor adjustments.

This was for my neighbor, for her birthday, who really likes green and Starbucks, so I put the two together, and *bam* she got a green happy doll with a Starbucks cup phone dongle! One lady thought it was an actual Starbucks item from the store when she saw it. Heh, heh, heh... and then I have a whole army of these, just in different colors with different expressions. I would've gathered them altogether for a group shot, but I didn't make them all at once, nor did I keep them long enough to take a picture. I only shoot photos if the doll isn't the same as the one from the book.

This is for a family friend who owns a Hawaiian clothes store near my house. This was my own design, and I don't think I'll ever make it again. It's way too complicated. This one needed a clip on the string, because the doll is so big, it can't go through the loop. It was a pain, having to figure out how to position her hands so it wouldn't look like she was missing a coconut, but she wasn't like, holding onto one side of her chest or something.

This little guy is my take on North Italy from the series Hetalia. He's for my otaku friend who really, really likes the Italy character. The stitching on the front says "Italia", or "Italy". She asked for a cool phone strap, so I made her one. *grin* I'll be working on England, Japan, and America and send them to her for Valentine's Day, her birthday, and next Christmas. And then I'll do Germany for myself 'cuz I love him to death.
