wrap pants

A long time ago (we're talking years, I think!) someone posted about wrap pants and provided an easy tutorial on making a pair. Do any of you have that post bookmarked? Or do any of you make wrap pants? Can you provide a tutorial? I've googled a bit but I remember the tut posted here was way simple and the pants were amazing. I'm having a hard time finding something similar on the net.
