I make custom mini top hats! Wanna see? :D





This one was for a client who wanted one that incorporated a Mardi Gras theme and, what she referred to as, "'Nawlins voodoo." I was a little perplexed, until she said to incorporate a skull. I LOVE SKULLS. lol so that made it fun and easy!









This one was ordered by a lady who said she simply wanted "Shades of black":
