Painting a Window Blind?
Apr. 3rd, 2011 01:53 pmI have one of those plastic pull down shades over my bedroom window, the kind that rolls up when you pull on it. Since I live on the first floor that shade is down a lot of the time and I want to paint something on it so it doesn't look so dull. Would normal craft store acrylic paint work on it? I'm thinking maybe Sharpies would be better but I'm not sure. What do you think/recommend?
Thanks!
*EDIT: i want to paint the inside of the blind, not the outside, so when i'm in my room i can see the design but people on the street can't.
Just so this post isn't text only, I recently learned how to needle felt and it is SO MUCH FUN. under the cut is a youtube tutorial that I found to be helpful!
Thanks!
