Lots of Building and Crafting!
Apr. 23rd, 2011 04:48 pmHey crafty ladies (and gents)!
I've been a busy little bee since spring has started. This is what I've been up to:

I got two of these orange round tables at the ReStore. I've been wanting a round table for my kitchen and another one for my craft room, and at $25 each I couldn't pass them up. The only problem was that I wanted white tables. So a few coats of paint and viola!

Much better. ^_^
While painting the tables I decided to give this little guy:

A little love as well:

With some paint and scrapbook paper.

I found these little beauties at Target for $4 on clearance, and I can kick myself for not buying more. A quick coat of paint and they are now...

Aqua!

I store all my cleaning supplies in them. And the drawer I painted holds my fishy supplies. :-)

I also grabbed a few 1 x 2s and 1 x 3s and built the shelves above my fish tank

They hold my squinkie obsession.
And another one out of scraps for my craft room:

Button storage :-)

I also took the random coat closet in my kitchen and added a few 1 x 2s and 1 x 12s to make:

A much more practical pantry.

A Galaga Beer mug and a few Mario Shot glasses for my friends birthday party

A Captain Planet onesie for my friend's baby

And I hollowed out an egg for the first time ever to decorate for a friend:

And that's what I've been up to! :-)
