Aug. 29th, 2011 12:56 pmI just got a secondhand serger (actually, I think it's an overlock machine, as I don't see any sort of blade, anywhere, but I've never used a serger before, so how would I know? haha) and even though it doesn't have a manual it has a threading guide inside the part you open up. Using the threading guide and checking manuals online for similar machines, I've been able to thread it properly and use it, but for some reason one of the threads keeps snapping; it's always the same one, but I've no idea what is causing it. I'm pretty much at a loss, since I more or less have no idea what I'm doing. I don't think the tension is too high, or anything, as it's almost as loose as it can go.
Any ideas? =/
