Day of the Dead Skirt

My friend has been wanting a Day of the Dead themed lolita skirt for a few years now, so a few months ago we went and picked out the main fabric from Joann's~ Later while browsing around at Hobby Lobby I found some striped fabric that matched perfectly, and so I used that to make the ruffles at the bottom :) I'm really quite pleased with how it came out!
