Winter knitting.
Nov. 29th, 2011 01:34 amA friend of a friend commissioned 'bright pink fingerless mittens', so I made these.

I think they turned out reasonably well consider I didn't use a pattern - to make the fingers I just pulled them on to work out where each one needed to stop.
The yarn is Debbie Bliss Rialto, kind of decadent but so nice for gloves.
My class are doing a Kris Kindle/Secret Santa,so I made this scarf for the girl whose name I drew. It's some sort of merino I've had sitting in my stash for yonks. (Plus I already had it, so it doesn't count towards the price limit. >.>)

Less bundled up and loopier - I prefer it as a neckwarmer though, it's cold enough these days.

I also post here, and am Forkis on Ravelry - comments and criticism much appreciated. :)
