i made some mittens, and there's some hearts back here too.

the mitten pattern i found online at aprildraven.blogspot.com. the difference with these is they start at the top and work down. then you make the thumb separately, put them together, and crochet downwards to the wrist. the yarn is Waverly for Barnat, and it's really soft. i used an H Boye hook. click the pics for a little bigger.





i found this cute little heart pattern at PlanetJune, and used some of the red yarn i had laying around the house for.... i can guess how long, and that's quite a while. hee! these are the three hearts in the pattern, and i strung them together:


i made a hair clip for my headband. (Vanna's Choice, G Boye hook)
