I posted my Butterfly Garden journal about a week ago. I now have 4 personalized journals to get me through all my springtime journaling. (:

Rainbow Cloudland journal, which I based off a drawing I made last summer. It matches my thoughts, which are often whimsical and airy and quite a bit up in the clouds. Aren't those pearl button beads sooooo cute? (: To be written in with aqua, blue, or purple pens.

Fairyland Journal. I got the inspiration for this when me and my soulbonds found a little fairy rockery out in my yard. I'm really big on fairies and fairy tales. This will be written in with pink, green, or purple pens. My favorite part is the little pearls with the gold flowers.

I love Grand Chase. I made this to celebrate the release of Rin on Grand Chase. Rin is one of their best characters. I often personalize journals with pictures of videogame characters, usually soulbonds of mine (though that's not yet the case with Rin). My soulbond Arme wants me to make one of her this summer. Will be written in with green or black.

And just to recap, here's Butterfly Garden. This was my first attempt at handmaking a journal cover, and most of my personalized covers were done with crappy GIMP edits of pictures of videogame characters. I like doing it this way better...it's a lot more personal and original. To be written in with green, aqua, or yellow. And yes, I always color-coordinate my pens.
