Craft for scrap paper mementos?

So I'm a senior resident assistant at my college, & we have a tradition called a "kudos box" where we write nice notes for each other & read them at our weekly staff meetings. We're all going our separate ways next month, & I've been collecting these "kudos" to give to everyone so they can remember all the nice things that have been said about them. =] I'm looking for some sort of crafty thing to do involving them.
I'm kind of at a loss on what to do... We just use pieces of scrap paper, so there's no uniformity, which makes it challenging. I was thinking about just giving each person a binder ring with their "kudos" attached, but I'd like to do something a BIT more fancy... any suggestions?
