today was a good day!

my good friend travis told me he was having rrrreally bad back pains, but couldn't get out of work. i felt bad for him and wanted to do something, so i made him this!

my good friend travis told me he was having rrrreally bad back pains, but couldn't get out of work. i felt bad for him and wanted to do <i>something</i>, so i made him this!

it looks much worse there than in did in real life, but it was a little lopsided and sloppy, i made it <i>very</i> hastily. but hey, it's the thought that counts, right? i used felt, batting, and black fabric paint. the black square is a pocket i sewed on, and then i stuffed it with some ibuprofen (i couldn't find any actual tylenol) the left half is red, and the right half yellow, but i don't think the picture shows that. :\

then i took this frumpy old dress and made it into a skirt!
