Here are a few more nautical pieces I made for an upcoming festival. (:

This is Coral Reef, and by far my personal most favorite thing I ever made. I found this coral pendant and I thought what if I tried to recreate a coral reef in necklace form? The bead patterns are abstract (just like the patterns of coral and other lifeforms in a reef) and the colors are made to represent different colors found in a reef (I didn't want to use TOO many or the piece would be too busy). The chain is quite long and the pendant hangs just below the breast. The crystals catch the light very, very beautifully.

Sand Dollar In The Sun set. This was originally called Starfish In The Sun until I showed it to my friend and he was like "Hey, sand dollar." I was like "Oh crap, that IS a sand dollar isn't it!" Haha! This is another personal favorite. I got the idea for it the moment I picked up the sand dollar pendant sets. The earrings dangle considerably and the chain is medium length.

Friendly Dolphin. The dolphin is from an old keyring I had as a kid. This wasn't easy to make, and since it's multistrand (strand 2 hangs by the jump ring of strand 1) it does tend to tangle or the strands will wrap around eachother if stored carelessly. This should be stored hanging down so it won't have that problem. The colors are inspired by the sea and match the purple of the dolphin. (:
