the making over of beat up old shelving

you know those knick-knack shelves you see at the thrift store all the time, that are usually all sorts of neglected? I bought one a month ago, and had avoided working on it, 'cause it was all sorts of beat-up & dusty (and the drawers were filled with cobwebs, eek!). anyway! I decided to make it over yesterday, with some mustard yellow paint & vintage contact paper I'd been holding onto for a while.
