a while back, somebody posted something about making little purses out of old hardcover books. let me try to jog your memories... it sparked a debate over destroying books (it's wrong vs. its okay because tons of books get thrown in the garbage every year) and the gal who posted it said that she saw kelly osbourne holding a bag like this in an issue of seventeen (or a similar mag). does anyone know where i could find this post? i looked in the faq with no luck.

anyone have ideas on how to get the pages out of a book in an orderly fashion? and how about an adhesive... what would be good to glue fabric for the lining to the cardboard book covers??
