Hey. Like many, I'm not new, just a lurker and sometimes commenter.

Anyways, I got this tank top a few years ago at a second hard store.
I never really wore it, even though I liked the colour.
Just too boring, I suppose.

So, I cut the back open, hemmed the cut edges in. And cut holes to run ribbon through.

Result?

I'm pretty happy with it. Need to fix some of the stitching.
Simple too...
