Doll ideas?

hey crafty grrls, I made odd doll/toys like this piece of toast, I also make tampons, dead bunnys etc.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a wacky doll i could make..I am currently working on:
maxipad w/ wings
a snail
vomit :) (to use up scraps)
a duck that has babies inside
a nursing girl bag/with snap off baby (like me! haha)
