Kinda Off Topic - But Desperately Need Help!

The other day on Martha Stewart, I'm not sure the exact day, but Martha and another woman were sitting at a round table. The woman was discussing a book. I didn't get the title, but all I heard them talking about was the cameo was black. This sounded like a great book, but when I went to watch it later that night, our power was off, so I couldn't get it. Artist name and title is very helpful.
