MOD PODGE A RAMA

before:






first i glued blue ocean peices.


then the cutouts. as you probably know, mod podge goes on white and dries clear.


after an overall coat of the podge, the finished seascape!!

it was kind of bubbly and wrinkly in some places. any tips??
