stencils

i want to make stencils out of this and this to spray onto either side of my bookcase. for those of you who don't recognize the images, they're logos of the band sigur rós. here are thumbnails:

i'm not very experienced in stenciling and these will be the most detailed stencils i will make thus far. i haven't really figured out how i should cut these out or how to modify them so that they will work. since it is obvious that if i just cut out the outline, i won't get all the detail on the inside. can somebody help me out? or if you have the free time, could you modify the images for me so that they will be "stencillable"? thank you!!
