craftgrrl | Leather or fake leather

I want to make my guest book for our upcoming wedding and I just want a simple book with soft leather (doesn't need to be real, I'd even prefer fake if it is soft) book. I just want to put holes in it and put leather cording through to hold it together and then a tie to go around the book. However, I can't find any pieces large enough. At the craft shops, I can only find small pieces. Does anyone know of a good online source for pieces of leather? It needs to be all one piece to go around the paper, which I want maybe I little smaller than regular notebook paper...Maybe 6" by 10" or something.
