does anyone have the Kenmore MiniUltra sewing machine? i havent been able to get mine to work, and ive sewn many-a-time before and never had this problem.

with the bobbin in the bobbin case and the needle properly threaded, the needle won't catch the bobbin making sewing not possible. has anyone had that problem? what am i missing?

does anyone have an inexpensive sewing machine to recommend? my mini was 80, but i could spend 100....
