Fake hair help

I made an interesting find at a local dollar store. Loose, fake hair, and black at that! Its very soft and has a slight crimp to it. Definately worth $1. They are roughly 24 inches long folded, so about twice that unfolded.

Now the problem is since its all loose what can I do with it? How good would this looked attached to like a headband or something? Any help would be appriciated, I have never worked with fake hair before, but some stuff mentioend on here looked fun, and then finding it for $1, I thought I'd give it a try.

So help me, lol.
